    Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be returned in their original condition to receive a full refund. We do not accept returns on personalized items. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please make sure you check carefully before you order!

    Most items are ready to ship and will be shipped within a few business days. If your order includes pieces that still need to be crafted, you can see a shipping estimate on that listing to make sure it will be ready in time. Rush orders can be processed for an extra fee, depending on project size.

    DKnits is not responsible for your package once it has been shipped. I will double check your shipping status, but items stolen or lost in the mail cannot be refunded.
    Please be mindful of shipping times when buying an item you need within a specific timeframe.

    Unfortunately at this time DKnits is not accepting any custom orders. You can message us with an idea, but there are no promises of anything being created.
